My Nebulae v1 is not loading files.

It seems that your Nebulae is not liking the files found on your USB drive.

Here are some troubleshoots we can run through:
1. Reformat flash drive appropriately. You can find the information in the manual. You may also need to try multiple USB drives in case the drive itself is the culprit.

2. Load a single sample from the Qu-Bit Nebulae Sample Library. Wait 2.5 mins.

Did it load, and / or did lights ever stop flashing?

If not, send log file from USB drive via the contact form (make sure to link the file in the description), and we will check its diagnostics.
