No matter what, we are here to make sure your Qu-Bit module is patching like it’s day one.
What does lifetime repair warranty mean?
No matter how long you’ve owned your module, or how many people have owned it before you, our doors are open to any and all Qu-Bit modules needing repair. Regardless of circumstances, we will continue to provide physical support for our modules, with all repairs being completely free of charge.*
Shipping Policies
Purchased your module new within a year? The shipping is on us, whether you’re next door or in the middle of the Pacific. Just provide proof of purchase, either from a dealer or us directly, and we will get the ball rolling. You deserve to have the very best instruments at your disposal, and we will compromise at nothing to deliver.
Owned one of our modules for over a year, or a decade? We will still service your module entirely complimentary. The only requirement from you is to cover shipping costs.
What does the repair process look like?
To begin, confirm that your Qu-Bit module is not a victim of outside influences. Make sure to test your power supply, patch cables, and additional modules to ensure the issue is not coming from a different source (this is the case for a vast number of technical support inquiries).
Not all repairs require shipping to the shop, and it is recommended to read any literature on firmware updates as well as factory reset commands for your respective module, normally located in the manual.
Once you have determined the module is the source of the issue, reach out to our technical support team to get the repair process started. You can fill out the form below.
Initial response times are within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends. Typical lead time on repairs is two weeks, starting at the module’s arrival to our shop. Note that this can fluctuate depending on both the repair and the demand at the time.

Can’t repair your module?
In the unlikely event we cannot repair your module due to irreparable damage, obsolete components, etc., we will replace it with a brand new unit, at no cost to you.**
Legacy Repairs
Though we no longer manufacture a handful of classic Qu-Bit modules, they still hold a special place in our hearts. Our team will use everything within their power to resurrect your legacy module, despite it’s retirement from our ranks.***

*Issues that are excluded from the warranty, but do not void it includes scratches, dents, and any other user-created cosmetic damage. Qu-Bit Electronix holds the right to void warranty at their own discretion and at any time. Module warranty may be voided if any user damage is present on the module. This includes, but is not limited to, heat damage, liquid damage, smoke damage, and any other user-created critical damage on the module.

***Does not apply to second-hand Legacy modules, Proof of Purchase required. Due to their age, some legacy modules will experience irreparable issues onset by deprecated or end-of-life components on board. If this is the case, we are able to offer a discount or exchange towards our online store in exchange for irreparable legacy modules, which varies from module to module. May their souls rest forever.
