My Nebulae v1 is not booting up.

In the event that your Nebulae is not booting up when power cycling, you module may need to be sent in for repairs. Please note, due to deprecated parts that are no longer available, not all Nebulae v1s can be repaired. If this is the case for your module, we will be happy to find alternative solutions to compensate.

To begin, please fill out our contact form explaining your issue in detail, and include a link to a photo of the back of your Nebulae. This will better help us determine the feasibility of the repair. Once the form is submitted, we will begin the process on our end.
