My Contour’s envelopes are offset.

Contour’s architecture lends to a slight offset in voltages when the envelope generator is inactive. Typical offsets should be between +/- .05V. If your Contour is experiencing a larger offset, which can be indicated by audible bleeding when sending an output to a VCA, then your Contour may need to be tested/adjusted in house.
